The original interior refurbishment (2007, $378,959), was completed by Aho Architects’ staff, prior to founding Aho Architects. This project included refurbishing the approximately 25 year old Administration Building, which houses the office of the president. Work performed included installation of new finishes, furnishings and electrical work in multiple classrooms, tiered lecture rooms, science labs, faculty offices and conference/meeting rooms. The repair of flood damage (2008, $84,000) consisted of repairing flood damaged finishes such as flooring, wall covering, paint, acoustical ceiling tiles and grids, and millwork in various offices.
