In his more than 24 years of experience, Tim has been responsible for over 150 educational facility projects of up to $40 million, and for more than 65 clients at K-12 and post-secondary levels. Since 2007, he has developed a strategic focus and specialization in community college facilities. Tim's work in healthcare has included more than 25 projects ranging from $200,000 to more than $18 million. He has also completed more than a dozen projects for churches, including comprehensive church buildings, worship spaces, Christian education, family and youth centers, and master plans.
Tim's work is characterized by enduring client relationships which have resulted in a very high rate of repeat business.
Additionally, Tim served for seven years as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Architecture at Miami University.

Having graduated from an Alabama Community College before pursuing her degree at The University of Alabama, April knows the tremendous impact community colleges have on a student’s academic and professional growth. Therefore, she is now committed to designing facilities that are instruments in fostering that growth. Over the course of her experience, April’s work has been predominately centered around postsecondary facility construction and renovation.
With her knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, April is highly involved in the production of technical drawings and works to ensure each aspect of the project is carefully coordinated with other disciplines. In addition to interior design and technical production, she is also a project manager and assists in programming, cost estimating, specification writing, and finish and furniture selection.
April is also a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

As an architect with more than 17 years of experience, Amanda has been responsible for over 200 education, institutional/healthcare, commercial/retail and religious facility projects of construction cost up to $30 million. She has significant experience with both new construction and renovation of existing facilities.
Amanda’s work is characterized by attention to details, programming to ensure all the client’s needs are met, budgeting so projects remain in budget and building client relationships which resulted in a very high rate of repeat business. A few of the clients she has served include Jefferson County Board of Education, NHS Management, Hibbett Sporting Goods and Riverchase UMC.

As an architect with more than 14+ years of experience in the industry, Jennifer combines her skills in planning and design with her passion for environmental sustainability and her hands-on experience in construction to produce highly efficient and intelligent designs. Jennifer’s expertise is in multi-family residential communities and wood-frame construction, with additional interests in community and master planning.
With a focus on affordable housing, Jennifer has seized several opportunities throughout the course of her career to work on projects for under-served populations. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for Alabama Rural Ministry, a non-profit organization striving to eliminate poverty housing in rural Alabama.

As Project Coordinator, Edmond is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project are coordinated including Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical in order to provide accurate construction documents.
Edmond has more than 15 years experience in technical production, customer service, and project management. He is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the US Green Building Council, and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).

In addition to her vital role in customer service and the day-to-day business operations of the firm, Stephanie oversees many of the "in-office" aspects of construction administration. These include assisting in the pre-qualification of contractors, preparing contracts, reviewing contractor applications for payment, tracking and managing the flow of submittals, and coordination of other staff and consultants.
